Check/Cash/Postal Money Order Payments

When purchasing our services, we allow payments to be made through checks, cash and postal money orders. The purpose of offering this method of payment is to provide a different payment method to people who do not have a credit card, bankcard and those who are not comfortable in using credit cards, bank accounts etc. We highly discourage the use of these methods because it slows down the payment procedure, and it is difficult for us to process to these payments. We
require full confirmation of payment before any work is completed on your account. Mailing usually takes 3-5 business days for us to receive. Once we receive the payment and confirm that it is genuine, we can begin work on the service that you ordered. Please note that we are not responsible for postal delivery problems, delayed mail, lost mail etc. It is suggested that cash and checks be sent through First Class registered mail. Of the three, postal money orders are the most secure method of payment. Bank money orders will not be accepted, as we do not have means to process this money order. Postal money orders can be purchased at any local post office. Payments made through these three methods will not receive postal mail confirmation for if the mail was received then you will be notified through email.

PayPal/Credit Card/eCheck

To process credit card and money transfers, we use PayPal, a company that handles the transfer process. Paypal is owned by eBay and processes some 5 billion
dollars a year in money transfers. The company has over 20 million registered members and is the most secure form of money transfer on the Internet. Paypal

Racism

We have a large online community of web users from around the world and value our diverse memberbase, therefore we have a zero tolerance for racism. If any instance of racism is found in any of the forums, then click on the Report to Moderator link for the appropriate post. The report can be sent there and one of our community moderators will deal with the problem immediately. If any member is found to be directly under taking such actions, then their account will be suspended and he or she will be banned from future posts. If a staff member is found to be undertaking any inappropriate actions, please report such instances to abuse@superbeetlesonly.com and we will handle the problem.

Minors

Our site is designed for viewers who are 13 years of age or older. We are not responsible and do not endorse club members who are not of 13 years of age or
older. We do not, at this point, stop minors from joining our club. This responsibility will rest on the parent or guardian. Minors are only allowed to join with the
consent of their parents and/or guardians.

Offensive and/or bad language

The message board may contain bad or offensive language, which we do have control over. There is a filter set into the board that will change words. Altering
words to circumvent this filter is a violation. We strive to provide a clean and safe discussion area acceptable for everyone. If a post in question is found in the
message board, then please use the report to Moderator feature and one of our staff will clean it up as best as we can. Racial, sexual, or religious slurs of any kind will result in the immediate banning of the user who posted it.

Unacceptable Posts

Posts regarding politics, religion, sexual orientation, etc. are not allowed. You agree, through your use of this service, that you will refrain from posting any material which is exceedingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, extremely sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violate of any law. This includes posts about politics, religion, sex, or race; posts that incite arguments, posts about how "(insert any car or person here) sucks!", posts such as "Why are (insert any car or person here) drivers so stupid?" or any post related to bashing posts, and especially posts that turn to arguments and flame wars, etc. While we are generally a little lenient as much as we can be, posts of this nature that go beyond opinion and turn to arguments will not be tolerated and will result in the immediate closing, deletion, or editing of the post and possible suspension/banning of the posting member's account. We are here to relax, have fun and help each other. We are not here to argue or "rant".

Moderation

Considering the real-time nature of a bulletin board, it is impossible for us to review messages or confirm the validity of information posted at the originally post time. Please remember that we do not actively monitor the contents of this bulletin board frequently and are not responsible for any messages posted that we have yet to review. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message. All information provided by the users of this bulletin board is considered to be experimental in nature and due to the intended use of the information offered, it is without any expressed or implied guarantee. User assumes all risk and liability. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of the owners and administrators of the SBO! Forum. We reserve the right to delete any message for any or no reason whatsoever. You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless this bulletin board, and any owners of this bulletin board, and their agents with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your message(s). Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by the report to Moderator feature, e-mail, or PM. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please realize that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately.

Any and all content posted on any site with the SBO! copyright is owned by the webmaster and administrator of this website. This includes any post made in the
message boards, chat channels, guestbooks, or any where on this website. Our tutorials, scripts, codes etc does NOT operate on a GNU Public license. No
content of this site can be published anywhere else, this includes message board content.

Spam and Network Abuse

In any event of SPAM or web site abuse, we reserve the right in our sole discretion to terminate accounts and/or take any other necessary actions to protect the club member user base. Please note that any advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and any form of unpaid solicitation are not allowed in this bulletin board. This covers any sort of "Get rich quick!" or "Get rich by surfing the Internet!" posts. Any post that even remotely resembles anything like this will result in your immediate banning of this bulletin board, plus we will contact that company you are promoting demanding that they remove you from participation in their program. We have a very firm stand against this and do follow through. If it is brought to our attention that you are a company, business or individual using this
SBO! Forums Bulletin Board to promote your business, advertise your website or another website or to sell or distribute products, you will be automatically billed with our standard message board advertising rates, for a term of (12) twelve months per infraction. Account closures are solely based on the discretion of Club SBO! staff. Please report all abuse and spam to abuse@superbeetlesonly.com

SBO! is not liable for any information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials posted on any part of the site, official or not. Any consequences resulting from the use of any service, paid or community based, is the sole responsibility of the member and not SBO!

Your account

Those that meet the requirements to join our club will be granted a user account. We reserve the right to delete, freeze, and or ban any and all accounts at our discretion for any reason. Such actions may be taken if any part of this policy is violated.

Refunds

There are no refunds under any circumstances. The service you paid for has been granted. If said service is taken away it is at your own fault because of your own actions.

Electronic communications

The terms and conditions set forth on this page also apply to emails and PMs (Private Messages) sent via the member user control panel of the Club SBO! Forums software interface of the forums board on this website.

Classifieds

The "For Sale" section of the SBO! Forum Bulletin Board is for private sellers offering the sale of individual items. It is NOT for companies or business of any size or type. If it is brought to our attention that you are a company or business using the SBO! Forum to promote your business or to sell or distribute products, you will be automatically billed with our standard message board advertising rates, at the current rate for a term of (12) twelve months per infraction. Items posted on this community message board and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such sales. The owner of this site assumes no responsibity for such sales.

Resale and Publishing Policy

The reproduction, duplication, copying, selling, reselling or exploiting for any commercial or personal purposes, any portion of the site, use of the site, or access to the site is strictly forbidden and is subject to legal action.

The name "SuperBeetles Only!", "SBO!", "Club SuperBeetles Only!", "Club SBO!", "Team SBO!", and any form of the name and/or logo is the sole property of the owner of said club and website, and may not be reproduced in a any manner nor a manner that is derogatory of SBO! or its affiliates. Such action(s) will result in legal actions.

Images and Content

All images found on any site containing the SBO! copyright, is the sole property of SBO! under the GNU public license. Legal action steps will be taken against and to ban perpetrators who hot link or upload any of the SBO! image(s) or content on the site.
